Recently, after the site evaluation by the expert team from Hangzhou Environment Protection Bureau, WHG(Waste heat recovery power generation) project of Jiande Conch got the approval opinion of final acceptance on environment protection, marked the success of environment protection acceptance of the very 8300kW WHG technical modification project.

On 19 July, the expert team from the Hangzhou Environment Protection Bureau heard the report on execution of environment protection requirement of 8300kW WHG project in Jiande Conch, and visited the project site and central control room. After inquiring and checking the detail operation data and real effect of the environment protecting equipment, the team were satisfied with the environment protection work and evaluation result of the project, and appreciated all the work and investment considerably has been done and the achievement has been gained on environment-protection since the operation of the cement production line . On 25 July, after collective evaluation by all the members of the team, 8300kW WHG technical modification project was finally accepted on environment protection.

The construction work, lasting for 8 months and 22 days, of Jiande Conch WHG project was started on 5 Feb,2006 and put into operation on 27 Oct.
