On July 20, the delegation, including eight people respectively from Tongchuan City of Shanxi Province and Shanxi Qinling Cement (group) Co., Ltd (hereinafter called as Qinling Cement), visited Conch Cement. Mr. Guo Wensan, Chairman and Mr. Guo Jingbin ,Execution director of Conch Cement met these guests and  held a conference.

Firstly, Tongchuan city delegation introduced general information about its reform and development, building materials industry development and Qinling Cement’s advantage, as well as possible financial and fiscal support policy for Qinling Cement next development. Qinling Cement delegation introduced its reform and development, as well as problems and difficulties on the way to its coming stronger and better development.

The relative government department notified policies covering tentative plan of Qinling Cement reform and development, state-owned enterprise reform and development and outside investment promotion etc. The municipal government hoped Conch, as China largest cement manufacturer, could make its contribution to help Tongchuan to strengthen its cement industry, to optimize the regional market, to upgrade regional cement industry structure, to fulfill harmonious development on energy thrift and emission reduction, encouraging large and closing small etc.

Mr. Guo Wensan, Chairman, introduced Conch’s reform and development, Mr. Guo Jingbin, executive director, introduced primary thinking on investment and  strong-strong union, and Mr. Yang Peilin, Manager of Development Department illustrated last investigation.

During the meeting, both parties fully exchanged their opinions on operation management, development trend, capital enlisting, advanced technology and equipment adoption, energy thrift and emission reduction, region market conformity. They also friendly expressed to further future cooperation.

After meeting, Ms Chen, Mayor of Tongchuan City, accompanied by Mr Guo Jingbin, and her delegation visited Wuhu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and Wuhu Conch Profiles Technology Co. Ltd.

Both parties exchanged opinions on cement manufacturer.
