At 10:38 am on July 28， Hunan Conch held ground-breaking ceremony of the 5,000 T/D clinker production line.

More than 600 people from Loudi city Committee of Communist Party of China(hereinafter called CCPC), Loudi municipal government,  various administrations of Loudi city, Xinhua County, Conch Group , Hunan Conch , village nearby Hunan Conch , attended the ground-breaking ceremony.

Entrusted by Board Chairman Guo Wensan,deputy general manager of Conch Group, Mr.Ren Yong made a speech at the ceremony.Mr.Ren Yong expressed warm welcome to all attendees from various sector of society on behalf of the Conch Group, sincerely thanked various sector of society  for their long-term care, support to Conch development.

He reviewed cement industry development and contribution in Hunan province   since Conch Group entered Hunan Province in 2003. He believes that, under the vigorously support of the province, the city, county various levels of governments, Hunan Conch clinker production line certainly can finish on time ,display profits , make renewal and bigger contribution for persisting science development, constructing harmonious Hunan province, speeding up enriching people and stengthening province .

Mr.Deng Jian,deputy mayor of Loudi city, gave the warm speech on behalf of the Loudi city CCPC, Loudi municipal government.

He said that Hunan Conch project construction and went into production, would certainly effectively raised new industrialization of overall competitive level of Loudi city, had  extremely important practical significance for enriching people and strenghening city.

Loudi city CCPC and Loudi municipal government highly regarded Hunan Conch extension project construction, various administration of Loudi city CCPC and Loudi municipal government, Xinhua county CCPC and government entirely support Hunan Conch project construction, and create an good condition for advancing  engineering construction.

At the ceremony, Mr.Wu Jianping, secretary of Xinhua county CCPC made a speech.Meantime,representatives from towns and villages nearby Hunan Conch also gave active speech.

President of  Xinhua County Political Consultative Conference, director of conch project coordination team, Mr.Kang Xinjie introduced Hunan Conch extension project at the begin of the ceremony, as well as government pledged assorting logistic channel, demolition and relocation engineering progress situation and its goal.

Finally, secretary of Loudi city CCPC,Mr.Cai Lifeng announced Hunan Conch 5,000 T/D clinker production line started working, and laid a foundation stone for Hunan Conch  project  with other participant representatives.

Hunan Conch  5,000 T/D clinker production line is one of  Hunan province advancing new industrialization “Double Hundred” engineering projects.

The construction content includes demolishing original four backward wet production line, constructing new dry production line in the original address.

The production line investment is about 600 million Renminbi Yuan, will spent one year to be completed and go into production.At that time, Hunan Conch will form producing volume of 1.5 million tons of clinker annually, 1.7 million tons of cement annually.  Hunan Conch has extremely vital significance for carrying on science development view, washing out backward productive force, developing circulation economy,promoting energy thrift and emission reduction.
