Evaluation activity of "China top 100 most valuable listed company on the main market and top 30 most valuable listed company on medium and small market in 2006” jointly sponsored by the China United Group and Securities Times.The awarded ceremony of evaluation result  held in the Rezi-Carlton Hotel located in Finance Street in Beijing on June 29, 2007.Nearly one hundred listed enterprises including China Merchants Bank, Vanke , China International Marine Containers(group)Ltd, Conch Cement  ,as well as Mr.Wang Zilin,the board chairman of China United Group, Mr.Wen Zijian,proprieter of Securities Times, well-known economist Mr.Liu Jipeng, Mr.Wu Xiaoqiu,international cooperation department leader of China  Securities Regulatory Commission, Mr. Xiao Lijian, vice- superintendent of  research institute of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Mr. Yue Gongxia, deputy secretary-generals of the China  Appraisal Society attended the awarded ceremony. Attendees  made the lecture of rising opportunity and challenge on Chinese capital market.

This election held by China United Financial Consultant Co.,Ltd,  China United Assets Appraisal Co.,Ltd, China United CPAS Ltd, Securities Times, Chinese Listed Company Achievement Appraisal Team.According to listed company achievement appraisal system, The said achievement appraisal team regarded uniform  evaluation standard as a foundation, adopted the efficacy coefficient  method  to evaluate and ranked the 1,415 listed companies that announced the 2006 annual report before  April 30, 2007. Further more, The said achievement appraisal team considered the combined appraisal company administration, the public voting, the organization voting factor etc., and invited industry authoritative expert being composed of the appraisal expert committee to carry on the examination and approvalled to the evaluation result.

The first 10 companies of top 100 most valuable listed company were honored and ranked by the following company, China Merchants Bank, Yantai Wanhua, Sinopec ,Conch Cement, Daqin Railway,Vanke A, China Shipping Development ,China International Marine Containers (Group)Ltd,Jiangling Motors ,Angang Steel.Conch Cement honorably won the fourth place. Meantime ,Conch Cement Company also is evaluated  to won the sixth place of  “the top-ten  management team”.This result fully showed Conch Cement attracting  the capital market attention closely. The achievement material and other public information disclosed by Conch Cement is an important appraisal reference on the capital market.

Chinese capital market steps up its road safely and fastly at present. Listed companies are prior economical representatives, are also the stock market important foundation. The general investors wish that the list companies unceasingly consummate the governance mechanism, unceasingly enhance the management achievement, promote to raise investment value of listed companies continuely.
