--The Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge entirely linked up
Invited by the Hangzhou Bay Bridge project headquarters,Anhui Conch Cement Limited Company pensonnel attended the ceremony of the bridge entirely link-up on June 26 2007.The ceremony sponsored by the Zhejiang province government, undertook by the Ningbo city government and the Jiaxing city government.The Link-up ceremony held on the offshore platform of south sailing route of the bridge.Many people,including domestic and foreign news media, construction unit ,the partial supplier unit etc., attended the ceremony.
The Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge is the longest cross sea bridge in the world at present.The bridge has more than 660 bridge piers,36 kilometers long.The principal part of the project used cement, invited for public bidding in July 2003.The public bidding is divided in two section bid, ie.SN1 (north shore section bid, sea section bid), SN2 (south shore section bid).Passed through intensely competition,conch cement company won the Hangzhou Bay Bridge SN1 bidding section , which benefited from super good quality, scale of conch cement company. The bid cement quantity is over 400,000 tons, accounted for the bridge cement quantity 2/3.This also was one of the biggest key project which conch cement performed. The bridge cement selected,which surpassed the China National Standard ,the low alkali, the low hydration heat, special portland cement, compounded the unique sea engineering concrete, thus satisfied the bridge engineering construction quality requirement.
Because the marine work condition was bad,It strictly requested conch cement company to supply the cement promptly as the project adopted the disposable natural quantity to pour the sea engineering concrete. The Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge is the important composing part of the Chinese coast highway.The bridge design includes six highway traffic lanes, design speed is 100Km/h, design service life is 100 years, total investment approximately is 14 billion Yuan. The bridge has south and north two sailing routes. North sailing route mainly spans 448m, double diamond tower, double steel ropes,steel girder beam diagonal cable bridge.The navigation standard is 35,000 tons.South sailing route mainly spans 318m, A style ,single tower,double steel ropes,steel girder beam, diagonal cable bridge.The navigationthe standard is 3,000 tons.
