Till 31 Dec,2006, 2 million tons of clinker has been produced by the 2*5000tpd lines of Huaining Conch with the total production of 4.12 million tons, and the 5000 tpd line production record has been renewed. After achieved the annual target on 16 Nov, the Company launched a production contest aimed for 4.10 million tons clinker.
In order to fulfill the target, every department issued relevant guarantee measures focusing on management by detail, and made effort to make the production smooth. In production organization, process people took the leading role to hold the multi-specialty meeting periodically to work together in solving production problem, and promoted coordination among every specialties and the technical skill.
