In the morning of September 13, colored flags fluttered in Pingliang Conch main factory district, and all staff were excited. At 9:38, the foundation stone laying ceremony for Pingliang Conch I Phase 4500 tons/day new dry process cement production line project , was held grandly.

Many leaders from Gansu province, Pingliang city，deputy general manager of Conch Group Yu Biao, Ji Qinying, and Pingliang Conch's cadre and staff attended the foundation stone laying ceremony. Deputy general manager of Conch Group Yu Biao presided over the ceremony 

Entrusted by board chairman of Conch Group Guo wensan, deputy general manager of Conch Group, board chairman of Pingliang Conch Ji Qinying represented Conch Group's all cadre and staff to express a warm welcome to attending the ceremony's leader, the honored guest, and all friends who participating and supporting Pingliang Conch project!  He pointed out: Conch Group would construct 2 x4500 tons/day new dry process cement clinker production line in the Kongtong district, Pingliang city, including one set of 4,4 million tons/year cement grinding station and one set of 18MW the pure low temperature afterheat electricity generation project(WHG).

Pingliang municipal government said in the speech that Pingliang Conch project was Pingliang's biggest attracting investments project, must do the coordinated service with all their strength, would manage to put into operation as soon as possible, created the benefit and repaid the society.

Afterward, representative of Gansu provincial government read out the Gansu Province governor's letter of congratulations. At 10:50, Pingliang Conch I Phase 4500 tons/day new dry process cement production line project official operated.  The salute sounded together immediately at the site, the leaders participating the ceremony together earthed up the foundation stone for the project.
