Since connecting in grid on December 30 2007, Huaining Conch WHG units collocating 2×5000t/d clinker production line continued to move stably and effectively. Up to zero hour of August 31, the unit accumulated to generate electricity 100,900,000 Kw/h, generated electricity 94,628,400 Kw/h in grid. All technical and economic index are controlled, obtained the good economic and social efficiency.

In the initial period of connecting in grid, the company focused on generating electricity production movement, while strengthened the system and training management, established and completed the generating electricity control system, prompt analysis, mastered the system and equipment's movement condition. In the actual process, Huaining conch insisted throughout “take the kiln as the center, take production line stable and effective movement as the premise, take the generating electricity according to the heat as operation thought.” At present, this production line technical and economic index optimised unceasingly. Comparing with the same time last year, the synthesis energy consumption of the kiln systems dropped, the generating system movement was stable.
