During the phase III construction, Digang Conch firmly carried on related work on general drawing, energy saving and environment protection, afforesting, continually constructed the energy saving and environment protection ecology enterprise.

According to the plant actual situation, Digang Conch overall considered and designed new factory district general drawing. Along with various projects completion one after another, the new factory district actual arrangement contrasted to general drawing plan appeared gradually.

The Phase III clinker production line was collocated 18500kw WHG project, which would generate power by means of low temperature during clinker production process. When it finishes, it would create economic benefit for the company.

In the energy saving and environment protection aspect, Digang Conch managed to enhance the staff’s professional knowledge, management capacity, raised all staff's environment consciousness. After the production line operated, the company has installed four sets of monitor facilities on-line, has realized net-link with the provincial Environment Protection Bureau, live-time monitoring dust consistence, NOX, SO2, flow speed main parameter and so on. The two new installment's sets of sanitary sewage treatment facility enabled the water resources to reuse.
