At 4:05 am of June 11, 2008, in the beautiful, Romantic capital Dalian city, with the gorgeous fireworks, Dalian Tianrui 18000kW WHG Unit one phase smoothly connected to the grid.

This project collocating Dalian Tianrui 2×5000t/d clinker production lines, belongs to a four boiler one generator unit system, which would be put into operation in two stages according to the two clinker production lines trial production.

During the project implementation process, Conch Kawasaki Engineering Company Limited and the owner planned in advance, fully cooperated, overcame all kinds of difficulties, guaranteed the project to smoothly connect to the grid. After one phase WHG unit put into operation on June 11, the generate power volume already achieved 8500kW. At present, this project is optimizing WHG engineering construction and generator unit of two phase clinker production line.

After the project operated, it solved the owner’power tense situation, created the good condition for the owner’s two phase clinker line's trial production. Meantime, it also established a new economic growth for the owner plant, greatly promoted the company to develop better and quickly.
