On April 7, Japan Kawasaki presented sakura saplings to Conch Group, the Ceremony of which was held in Wuhu, a city sank into the spring air.

More than 140 people, including leaders of Wuhu city CPC Committee and Government, managers and experts from Japan Kawasaki Plant Systems, Ltd., and functionaries of Conch Group and concerning departments attended the planting ceremony.

At 10：18, the sakura saplings presenting ceremony started at bank of the artificial lake of Conch-Kawasaki Energy Conservation Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd.,  which was located in Baimashan, Wuhu. The whole area was decorated with flying flags. Ji Qinying, the vice Manager of Conch Group hosted the ceremony.

At very beginning, Toshikazu Hayashi, the president of Kawasaki Plant Systems, Ltd. delivered an opening speech, representing Kawasaki to present 198 sakura saplings to Conch Group.

On behalf of the CPC Committee and Government of Wuhu, Chen Shulong, the mayor of Wuhu city congratulated on the successful cooperation between Conch Group and Kawasaki, and expressed his sincere appreciation towards Kawasaki and Mr. Hayashi. He said the successful cooperation would not only play an vital role for each parts’ expansions, but also promote the development of Wuhu city, and the projects of Conch and Kawasaki was highly regarded and supported to create a good environment for enterprises’ development.

When their addresses ended with magnificent fireworks performance, leaders from government and two enterprises, including Zhan Xialai, the member of the Anhui Standing Committee of CPC and the Secretary of Wuhu Committee of CPC, Chen Shulong, the Mayor of Wuhu city, Toshikazu Hayashi, the President of Kawasaki Plant Systems, Ltd., and Guo Wensan, the President and General Manager of Conch Group, unveiled the monument of sakura-planting. Then, grasping shovels, leaders and honored guests set out the sakura sapling that symbolized the Sino-Japan relationship and cooperation.

When the sakura-planting ceremony was over, leaders and honored guests went to the conference hall in Wuhu Tieshan Hotel to attend the later signature ceremony of cooperation between Kawasaki and Conch.
