Ningguo Cement Plant focuses on the Process Management, takes the cost reducing and benefits increasing as the center. The rational use of resources, protection of mine environment is put in a prominent position for further improvement and enhancement. In the production process, they achieved zero-effluent waste, relying on the advanced science and technology, intensity of the slope mining and recycle of low-grade ores. By doing this, not only the waste being used, but environmental protection and development of circular economy promotion achieved remarkable results.
Recently, in the First National rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in the enterprise appraisals, the plant granted by the state Ministry of Land and Resources "the Advanced Mining Enterprises" honorary title.
It is understood that the plant grasps production for the supply, pays much more attention to the social responsibility and sustainable development of the factory.
From view of full use of mineral resources and environmental protection, they formulate a scientific and reasonable mining program and optimize the mining process, focusing on handling of slope and comprehensive utilization. On the part of ore mining, they implement "three to edge" that is perforated to the edge, blasting to the edge and shovel and dug to the edge.
At the same time, grasping the production rhythm and weather, they take various measures to collocate thin and thick limestone layer ,slope scientifically rationally.
Thus, it not only saves the high-grade limestone resources, which makes the mining extraction rate, recovery rate and poverty rate (three rate) indicators exceed design standards, but also achieve the zero-effluent waste and improve the efficiency of resource use effectively.
In clay mining, Ningguo Cement Plant implements "three to edge", that is exploitation to the edge, drainage to the edge, formation to the edge, which extended the clay mine exploitation life.Thus, saves the clay resources effectively and reduces the occupancy of the land.
