On July 15, Beiliu Conch  first 5,000T/D clinker production line smoothly reached design output and quality standard, totally produced  74,000 tons of qualified clinker.

Since the project started, Beiliu Conch closely revolved the project management key point, strengthened engineering progress，strictly controlled the construction quality .The first clinker production line ignited on June 22 and fed materials on June 26.During feeding materials, Beiliu Conch  management and specialized technical team were 24 hours on duties to solve the possible problems in producing process.

Beiliu Conch first 5,000T/D  clinker production line was independently and firstly designed by Conch Building Materials Design & Research Institute.It smoothly went into design output and quality standard,which

benefited to the Conch’s  advantage in management, technology etc.

Beiliu Conch took full advantage of the regional comprehensive resources ,meantimes stepped out the solid step in energy thrift and emission reduction sector at the beginning of the construction.The new  kiln ignition adopted part anthracite.Worth a special mention was that, Beiliu Conch carried on general plan as they did afforestation work.The excellent achievement obtained local goverment high praise.
