At 9:08 am July 16,there were full of happiness at Xingye Conch togather with waving color flags, loud percussion instruments.The  ribbon-cutting at the opening ceremony of the 18MW WHG project was thrivingly held by Xingye Conch .About 150 people from government of Yulin city,Xingye county of Guangxi Autonomous Region and Conch, attended the ribbon-cutting celebration ceremony.
