Relying on the technical advantage of Conch Group, taking “Energy-saving, consumption-diminishing, pollution –decreasing, profit-increasing” as the topic, Fusui Xinning Conch launched a campaign of energy-saving and  emission-decreasing, to promote economic profit, social profit and environment profit to a harmonious win-win state.

Technical modification and process innovation enforced to promote energy-saving, emission-decreasing and profit-increasing

Since the too high exhaust gas emission generated from bituminous coal, the Company organized technical personnel to overcome this problem by several planning, such as well-selecting of coal quality, adjusting of operation, optimizing of burning pattern, modification of equipment, adopting resourceful anthracite of low exhaust gas emission to substitute bituminous coal.

The Company plans to construct 18MW waste heat recovery power generation plant to utilize waste heat in exhaust gas with temperature less than 350℃ during clinker production. By means of waste heat boiler, exhaust gas temp.will be decreased , and the heat emission will also be decreased. 144 million kWh of electricity annually is estimated after the power plant is finished, and this means 51.12 thousand ton of coal will be saved compared to coal-burning power plant and waste gas like CO2 and SO2 will be diminished by 132 thousand tons annually.

The company are persisting on promoting equipment technical lever, adopting advanced technology and environment-friendly equipment ,such as high dust density filter, raw material pre-blending facility, vertical mill ,high efficiency grate cooler, super-fineness grinding mill, high grade refractory.

On operation, by means of strict production management, all kinds of material, air, oil, water ,dust leakage is diminished, noise is decreased by sealing and insulation layer, water is re-circulated 100% , ie, null emission.

Fully utilizing of resource changing waste into usable material

The company realized fully utilizing of all resource by using flying ash, gangue, coal slag, etc. together with other raw material in cement production, and realized good economic profit.

So far since the operation the kiln, 1.5 million tons of industrial waste material from surrounding factories has been used effectively, and considerable economical and social profit has been realized.

Long-term mechanism founded for energy-saving   and emission-decreasing

For the sake of energy-saving and emission-decreasing, and in order to realize corresponding promise to the society, the Company many times held the special meeting on energy-saving and emission-decreasing, founded a working group, formulated several plans to be implemented in the 11st “five years plan” period, like GHG emission decreasing plan, coal usage decreasing plan, enhancing plan of the indexes of waste heat power generation per ton clinker and combined cement power consumption, etc.

Meanwhile, the company consummated all indexes of material consumption, energy consumption and cost, updated evaluation regulation on energy-saving and emission-decreasing, allocated energy-saving and emission-decreasing indexes to all personnel layers, and related the salary to real performance of indexes , finally let energy-saving and emission-decreasing become the practice of every employee.

The Company also required all department to make sure the maximum economic profit and realize win-win state of economical and social profit, with the precondition of enhancing environment quality and products quality and decreasing of resource usage. In the beginning stage of operation of the Company production line, the Company passed the international quality management certificate and products quality certificate. Now the Company is working hard to pass the quality, environment and occupational health safety certificate.
