During the Chinese Spring Festival , Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation plant for Chizhou 5000t/d production lines kept in stable and effective operation with conscientiously performing duty of the operators on duty, making new records one after another. The daily total electricity generated once reached 0.485 million kWh and the daily total electricity generated per ton clinker ever reached 47.48  kWh clinker at the most.

Since the Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation plant for Chizhou 5000t/d production lines was put into operation three months ago, Chizhou Conch not only enhanced the communication and cooperation between power generation operators and kiln operators so as to promptly adjust the relative parameters according to actual kiln working conditions, and to reduce the temperature fluctuation of waste gas, but also modified the power generation system about dust fed back into the existing cement lines in order to improve the conveying capacity of dust fed back and to cut down the air leakage, consequentially guaranteed the smooth running at full load of two PH boilers. Additionally, Chizhou Conch also strengthened the spot inspection of steam turbine and four boilers to enhance the internal control of equipment.

From February 15 to 21, the average daily electricity generated ever reached 0.4575 million kWh and the average daily electricity generated per ton clinker reached 44.27 kWh. Total electricity generated in this month up to February 21 reached 7.5139 million kWh.
