In the morning of November 7, vice chairman of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC)Standing Committee Hua Jianmin came to Conch Group for investigation and guidance in spite of the drizzle, accompanied by the member of NPC Standing Committee, the member of NPC Financial and Economic Affairs Commiittee Lv Wei and so on. At 9:45, vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua Jianmin and his parties arrived at Anhui Cocnh Kawasaki Energy Conservation Equipment Manufacturing Company Limited. Many Leaders warmly met the delegation , including the secretary of CPC(Communist Party of China) Wuhu Commitee Chen Shulong, Conch Group's leaders, the chairman of  the board and general manager Guo Wensan, vice general manager Yu Biao, vice general manager Ji Qinying and so on.

Before the company's exhibition board, the chairman of the board Guo Wensan introduced the WHG and so on , as representative's new energy conservation industry situations . In the WHG central control room of Bai Mashan Cement Plant, vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua sitted before the operation control console, watched monitor's  live parameter, kindly exchanged with the operator.

At about10:00, vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua listened to Wuhu City and Conch Group's report in the conference room of Anhui Conch Building Materials Design And Research Institute . After heared report, vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua made an impromptu speech. He said that Conch's energy conservation and emission reduction project was one of state-level ten important energy conservation priority projects, doing well was also very meaningful.

After Conch's cement plant took advantage of the  material mill equipment, electricity consumption per ton cemnt  from 35 KWH droped to 20 KWH. In the past, 30% energy of the cement plant had been discharged outward along with the waste gas, now 70% of the 30% energy may recycle, the energy use ratio from 70% rised to 91%.

Vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua pointed out, it passed 30 years since the reform and open policy implemented, it is also 30 years since Conch constructed the first  cement plant. Doing enterprise better is not easy, 30 years is not even easier.  Facing  the current financial crisis, vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee Hua emphasized,  unify the thought , build up confidence, solve  difficult, develope in spite of difficulties.
