On May 30, 2019, annual shareholder meeting of Conch Cement 2018 was held in Wuhu, Anhui Province. The meeting discussed and adopted thirteen proposals, including the report of the board of directors, the report of the board of supervisors, the financial audit report, the profit distribution plan in 2018, the elections of the eighth board of directors and the board of supervisors, and the amendment to the articles of association of the company, as well as debriefing the independent directors on their work reports.
