Recently Conch Cement is speeding up the transformation development mode in two ways: speeding up merger and acquisition at home and market expansion overseas.   Speeding up the expansion and merger and acquisition at home. In 2014, Conch Cement have constructed and put into operation 11 clinker production lines, increased about 19 million tons of clinker capacity, 30 million tons of cement capacity; successfully merged five cement projects such as Wugang Yunfeng, Shaoyang Yunfeng, Guizhou Shuicheng, Kunming Hongxi and Hunan Guochan Shiye, and increased 10.9 million tons of clinker capacity and 13.3 tons of cement capacity.

  Speed up the strategic layout of Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, the first phase of Conch South Kalimantan Cement was put into operation, West Papua project and Merak project have started construction, Barru project and Maros project have started approval application. In Myanmar,  Kyaukse Conch have started to construct 5000 tpd clinker production line, Mandalay Conch cement factory and wharf project successfully carry forward. In Laos, Conch have signed cooperation framework agreement with Krittaphong Group to invest and construct a large cement project at Vientiane, Laos capital city, and bring the technology of disposal of city garbage using cement kiln to Laos.(translator:Huxiaohong)
