On May 16th, 2014, China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection, Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry Information, Bureau of Energy and others amounting seven departments combined together to issue “ The Opinion of Promoting Municipal Garbage and Industrial Waste Recycling Incineration in Manufacturing Process”. The opinion said that the project of municipal garbage and sludge incineration via cement kiln would not create secondary pollution and increase land occupation, and it meet our country’s national condition which could resolve the conflicts of overcapacity in cement.
