On 11th,April 2015, the permanent construction permit(IMB) was granted to West Papua Project by Indonesian Government, which marks the full-scale phase of the main part. After 16 months, the first new modern cement plant will arise from East Indonesia as the cooperation project for “One Belt One Road” strategy between China and Indonesia.(translator:Huxiaohong)
