On 3rd March 2015, the KCL1 project in Laos of SCG Cement Company from Thailand with cement clinker production of 5000 tons per day held the construction ceremony.

  The KCL1 project in Laos is the second EPC cement project of 5000 tons per day after the SB1 project in Indonesia between Conch Group and SCG Group in Thailand. The project plans for three 5000 tpd cement clinker production lines, with the first phase one 5000 tpd cement clinker production line ( KCL1 project).
