On 24^th, August 2014, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono(SBY) of Indonesia led a delegation to West Papua Province to attend the ceremony for West Papua cement project and other local public projects, and wrote an inscription for West Papua cement project. In his speech, President SBY said that he was very happy to write an inscription for cement project, which stood for the overall start of West Papua cement project. This project meant a lot to the local economy and society. He hoped the project could soon finish construction and push forward the development of local economy.(translator:Huxiaohong)
