The Wuhu Haichuang industrial corporation signed Cooperation framework agreement of Liquan city utilizing cement kiln to treat municipal solid waste project with the people’s government of Liquan County, which is about investing two set of municipal solid waste treatment project in Liquan County, Shanxi Province.
