On August 13th, assets reorganization agreement signature ceremony between Linxia Conch Cement Co.,Ltd and Gansu Taizishan Cement Company was held at Linxia State Ethnic Hall. Mr Ding Feng, General Manager Assistant of Conch Group as the representative of Conch side, Mr Li Xiaolin, General Manager of Jinde Taizishan Company as the representative of Taizishan side signed the Assets Reorganization Agreement.
