The people’s government of Zunyi City signed the municipal garbage treatment cooperation agreement with Panjiang Plant of Zunyi Conch Cement Co.,Ltd.on May.10th, 2013. This agreement is singed for using the Municipal Garbage Incineration system via Cement Kiln of Panjing plant to treat the municipal garbage in the north of Zunyi City, which indicated Zunyi City official start to improve the urban ecological environment and its urban functions.(translator:Wangshan)
