On 22 April, South Cement Company Limited and Anhui Cement Conch Company Limited signed purchase and sell agreement in Hangzhou for technology update of the low NOx combustion, coal, heat-resistant and wear-resistant materials.

  This is the the first cooperation project after  China Building Materials Group and Anhui Conch Group signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" in December 4, 2012. Both parties expressed that they will strengthen cooperation in equipment, technology support through deeply cooperation.(translator:Huangguanyin)
