The afternoon of March 11st,2013, during the first Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress, the Anhui delegation held the plenary meeting to review the programme of institutional reform and functional change. As a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and a member of Anhui representatives, Wang Yang participated this reviewing meeting.
