On March 4th, 2013, Mr.Zhong Bing, the deputy director of Guangxi autonomous region environmental protection authority, led a research group to investigate the denitrification technical innovation work of Xing’an Conch. After surveying the operation status of denitrification technical innovation at site, the group focused on the comparison of the effect before and after the denitrification technical innovation.
