On December 4, 2012, Mr. Song Zhiping, the Chairman of China CNBM Group, as well as his delegation paid a visit to Conch Group, and Mr. Guo Wensan, the Chairman of Conch Group, led the company leadership to give them a warm reception, where the both parties had a deep discussion. After ample exchange and negotiation, the both parties reached consent of enhancing cooperation level and expanding cooperation areas upon the present base, to establish wide-ranging strategic cooperation relationship, and signed “Strategic Cooperation Agreement”.
