NOx Reduction is one of the important contents of energy-saving and emission reduction during the “12th five-year”. On the basis of constantly summing up and optimization, Conch Group has developed advanced hierarchical combustion denitration technology, and conducted the modification of this technology in different kinds of calciners in Wuhu Conch, Chongqing Conch and Jiande Conch, with significant effect of emission reduction, and NOx reduction rate is over 30%.
 On August. 10, 2012, president of China Building Marerials Federation, Mr. QIAO Jianlong, after visiting Wuhu Conch, said, after modification and exploration, the NOx emission targets of Conch had reached the international advanced level, the NOx emission standard for the cement industry in China, shall strive to base on Conch standard, guiding and promoting Chinese cement industry to the world.
