On Nov. 30th, Conch Cement, Guizhou Panjiang Investment Holding Group, Annong prefectural government and Annong Company shareholder representative signed the agreement for Guizhou Annong 2500t/d project at Wuhu. This was the second acquisition project in Guizhou Province after successfully controlling the shares of Liukuang Ruian Cement Company in this province.
