On Oct.14, 2011, Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd signed Equity Cooperation Agreement with Liuzhi Mining (Group) Co., Ltd in Wuhu Conch International Conference Center, which is also the fifth Equity Cooperation Project of Conch in 2011, marking that Conch Cement becomes successfully the shareholder of Guizhou Liuzhi Mining Ruian Cement Company .
