At 11:18 on July 25, the full load test of the second mill for Ninghai QiangJiao Conch Second Phase Project was successfully conducted.  It also marked the successfully putting operation of Ninghai QiangJiao Conch Second Phase Project and the first Φ4.2×13 m united cement grinding system with roller press in Conch group.
