On May 18, 2009, Dr.Geoff Raby, the Australian ambassador to China, as well as relative staff of Australian Embassy in China visit CONCH. Chairman Guo of Conch Group received the delegation, companied by some leaders from relevant units.

In Conference Room 518 of Conch International Conference Center , The two sides  frankly and friendly exchanged some matters of mutual interest.

As the request of Mr. Ambassador, Chairman Guo introduced information on energy saving and environmental protection in detail in Conch Cement , especially the pure low temperature waste heat power generation cement technology popularization and application in the cement industry to promote energy-saving emission reduction, a large number of industrial waste absorptive promote urban environmental protection and the cement industry cycle of economic development. Mr. Ambassador and Chairman Guo also exchanged views on issues commonly concerned.

Before the meeting, Geoff Raby, Ambassador and his entourage visited visited CKM, Conch Group exhibition Hall and the staff library.
