At 11:58 April 28, following with the sound of firecrackers and the salvo fireworks, the first feeding cone bracket of the preheater at kiln inlet is taken its place, this means the Chongqing Conch project is stepped into the erection stage of equipment.

The main construction of Chongqing project was carried out as planned erection procedure and requirement of construction quality and progress management since beginning construction December 20, 2008. During the construction, the Chongqing company fully exploited the initiative, carefully arranged, detailedly disposed, held and settled project regularly weekly and monthly meeting so as to ensure the seriousness and fulfilment as planned civil construction procedure.
