On August 18, the rotary kiln body for clinker production line in Xing’an Conch Phase II smoothly lifted and jointed. This Symbolized that the project installment construction stepped on a new stage.

Xing’an Conch Phase II started overall equipment installment on June 12. During the rotary kiln installment and construction process, supported by Conch Group and relevant department, Xing’an Conch strictly controlled each node according to the installment standard, enhanced steadily, knew fairly well. From the foundation’s acceptance, the pillar manufacture, the foundation's installment adjustment, rollers installment and the kiln body lifting, each process did carefully,  guaranteed the installation quality and safety under control. In order to pursue the delay time in the ice disaster and rainy season, Conch’s specialists from different departments stepped up and supervised the installation the progress, overcame high temperature in summer, installation difficulty,  focused on the project node, and arranged reasonable time, enhanced installation speed. In order to guarantee the lifting smoothly, Xing’an organized the staff, supervised construction company to work out the lifting plan , by all parties’ joint effort, the lifting and  jointed work smoothly finished in the planned time.

In the new installment stage, Xing’an Conch will more strictly control the installment node quality, strictly carry on the acceptance according to the standard.
