The first 5000t/d clinker production line of Yiyang Conch successfully ignited on July 31. Many people attended the ignition ceremony, including leaders of Anhui Conch Group Company limited, Anhui Conch Cement Company limited and its managing department, technical experts, management of Jiangxi region, engineering construction unit, as well as Yiyang Conch's staffs.

The 5000t/d clinker production line of Yiyang Conch officially began on May 16 2007, which was the first production line constructed by Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited in Jiangxi region, also was one of the key project planed by conch Group in “eleven-five” times.

After this production line successfully ignited and put into operation, which would alleviate cement grinding station’s demand for clinker tense aspect in the Jiangxi region, shortened transport distance, lowered the transportation cost, and promoted Conch Cement’s subsidiary company overall operation quality in Jiangxi region. Simultaneously it would also finish the history that Conch Cement had not the large-scale clinker base in Jiangxi region, strengthened Conch Cement’s ability on resources, and market conformity in Jiangxi region, raised Conch Cement’s competition in Jiangxi.
