When stepped into 2008, Huai’an Conch took precautions to launch the virescence campaign. Under the help of all staff and virescence company, they have accelerated the progress of this campaign. By taking advantage of intervals of work, Conch’s staff leveled land, cleaned trash within site, removed weed from the lawn, and appropriately watered the virescence region. Meanwhile, they have also made several natural sceneries, such as, rockeries, bamboos, palm and weeping willow trees, and sweet-scented osmanthus. While focusing on virescence campaign, the company also established a daily system of maintenance and regular supervision, which clearly defined the responsible personnel for the specific virescence region. And this helped the company to develop an atmosphere of “everyone concerns environment and builds garden-like factory with joint efforts”.
