The Ministry of Commerce shall spare no efforts to support enterprises’ “going out”. As a big domestic company, especially the leading company in its industry, efficiency should always go first. It does not matter for failing to make investment overseas, but it does matter to leave hidden-troubles. We need to take the investment environment of the host country into consideration. We should not act recklessly or lose money, but to achieve a situation of mutual benefit and win-win.

Deputy Minister Wei was listening to the reports.
