Deputy Secretary of the CPC Anhui Committee, acting Governor Wang Sanyun made a special trip to Tongling Conch for study and research. Some other leaders accompanied him, such as: the provincial government Secretary-General Zhang Jun, deputy secretary general Chen Xiang, director of the provincial Financial Bureau Chen Xiansen, director of the provincial Land & Resource Bureau Zhang Qingjun, director of the provincial Communications Bureau Mei Jin, director of provincial Bureau of Commerce Wang Fuhong, director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province Gui Jianping, director of provincial Government Development Research Center Wu Keming, director of provincial Development and Reform Commission Wu Jinsong.

Accompanied by the Group president Guo Wensan, Deputy general manager Li Shun’an, Ji Qinying，deputy chief accountant Zhu zhongping, and other people, the acting governor Wang Sanyun and his team  visited the world's largest cement pure low-temperature waste heat generating units, 10,000 tons of clinker plant and the CCR.

The president Guo Wensan introduced the new technology of WHG which enjoyed independently the intellectual property rights and the advanced economic and technical indicators for 10,000 tons lines. Meanwhile, he also reported Conch’s experience and its long-term development plan. The acting governor Wang Sanyun indicated that the key to the successful experience of Conch is to have a good leader, a good team, and a spirit of perseverance. The development of Conch these years proved the correctness of the enterprise’s strategic thinking. He hoped that Conch Group would have the ambition to be the world’s top one cement company, become the pride of Anhui and China. 

Upon leaving, acting governor Wang said that， whatever the difficulty is, I would help you and stand firmly on your side. The development of Conch these years proved the correctness of the enterprise’s strategic thinking; you had never been through detours, even when the external situation kept on changing. Mr. Guo is a leading expert. I hope that Conch Group will have the ambition to be the world’s top one cement company, becoming the pride of Anhui and China.  The province should be concerned about Conch Group supporting its reform and development in all the aspects.
