By the day of December 10, Baimashan cement plant completed annual cement production task 21 days in advance, reaching the annual goal of 2.9 million tons, created a new record in the production history of the plant. Now，they’re doing their best to exceed the annual tasks, striving for over 3 million tons at the end of this year.

For the completion of cement production tasks in 2007, Baimashan cement plant planned aboratively; arranged carefully, fulfilled the responsibility layer upon layer, determined the work idea that day is responsible to month, month is responsible to year.

Firstly, carried on technological alteration on the forth cement mill, the cement mill's table output increased nearly 5 tons; Secondly, pay close attention to the dry mill’s operating quality, so that the dry mill always runs in a high level. Thirdly, implemented examination system of salary connected with tons in grinding section, cement production and the salaries of their employees closely linked, thus, greatly enhanced their staff’s production enthusiasm. Fourthly, they deeply developed the pre -overhaul of the mill, providing the strong assurances to mill’s normal production.
