On November 6, the WHG technicians of the Thailand KK6 factory came to conch for accepting DCS training. The training goal was to strengthen trainee to master and understand the DCS control system for WHG, raised the WHG operation level and promoted two parties’ communication and exchange.

In the training period, Conch technicians and Thailand KK6 technicians would fully exchange the information and optimize the DCS system design.

The training lasted two weeks. The content closely revolved Thailand KK6 factory WHG project, mainly included: Knowledge of WHG process, Thailand KK6 WHG DCS Control system disposition principle, the system topology structure, the equipment hardware performance, the technical parameter and the operation maintenance, the scene control station LINTOOLS software programming and so on, kept the theory and practice unified.

In order to finish the training, promote Thailand KK6 factory WHG project to succeed in grid connection according to plan, build the solid foundation for safe, stable, reliable operation, assure Conch smoothly to carry on the first WHG project in overseas. The correlation department highly regarded this training, carried on thorough arrangement, specially arranged interpreter for this training with entire training, arranged the training classroom, 3 computers and DCS system exchange etc, meantime carefully arranged the trainee the study and living condition.

At present, Thailand KK6 factory WHG project is orderly on construction, and plan to realize grid connection in February 2008.
