On October 24, Tongling Conch the first 16.3MW WHG project officially obtains "resources comprehensive utilization cognizance certificate".

By vigorously support coming from the relevant department of Anhui province, Tongling city and Conch, the project smoothly got across Anhui power plant resources comprehensive utilization cognizance and audit which was organized through the Economic Commission of Anhui Province on September 3.The project would be applied for the National Development and Reform Committee (abbreviation: NDRC) for records and approval.
