On June 9^th, bag cement was initially produced in Wuhu Conch Cement Co, Ltd. (hereinafter called as Wuhu Conch). From 14.45 O’clock, excited by the firecracker’s detonation, a chain of bag cement has streamed from the 2^nd bag package machine of Wuhu Conch cement mill, and transported by belt conveyor to distribution warehouse.

During the package machine commissioning, Wuhu Conch has taken more than 20 up-grating methods to optimize the whole process, such as adopting multi-collection to prevent air leaking, increasing more pipes to better clean efficiency etc. Nowadays, the package system is running smoothly, with the loading capacity of 100-120t/h, the bag weight regular rate of 100% and the bag breakage rate of 0.2 %.
