Owing to fundamental management enhancement, the safety and stable operation can be achieved for 4 months the first WHG plant of 18000kW of Chizhou Conch. The daily electricity output record has been broken in succession with the highest record of 500,000 kWh,  and keeping the hi-efficiency operation condition.

To make sure the safety operation of the equipment, Chizhou Conch adopted series of protection measures, such as setting a sign plate at the entry door of T/G building—“staff only”, building a isolating area between first WHG plant and the second WHG plant,etc.

In order to monitor strictly the WHG operation parameter and promote the management of WHG system, based on the successful experience from other fellow company’s WHGs, Chizhou Conch has been optimizing the operation.

For instance, they prepared the regulation on chemical feeding procedure, and ensured equipment operation quality by means of different tables; they weekly organized staff of T/G building to test the emergency oil pump, and record the result to make sure the safety operation of turbine.

In order to further standardize the basic management procedure, Chizhou Conch held monthly technical meeting, safety meeting, operation analysis meeting and “case to case” meeting, etc.,as well as different types of special training program, such as introduction to chemical feeding, key process after power shutdown. All those measures have promoted the operation skill of staff considerably.
