In order to implement the spirit of CONCH working conference of 2007, and to develop the advantage of professional mine management by unifying mind and rationalizing thoughts, Conch Mine Committee actively conducts site investigation in subsidiary plants and provides professional technical supports to the mining plan of newly-built clinker production bases.

Recently, Conch Mine Committee and Conch Design Institute together with Chengdu Cement Design and Research Institute organized a 3-days site investigation of mine in Shimen Conch. After strictly precise site survey and much discussion, the investigation team brought forward the professional guiding suggestions and concrete design proposals on mining and transportation of limestone quarry and site selection of limestone crusher for Shimen Conch.
