Under the overall circumstance that the State government is making effort to popularize WHG technology in cement production lines to enhance the energy-saving and consumption-reducing work in cement enterprises, and to promote cement industrial operation efficiency and economic profit through recycle economy, Since the successful application in last year, exclusive low-temp WHG technology of Conch Cement has drawn much attention from many cement manufacturers inside and outside China.

On 17th Jan，in the head office of Thailand Siam Cement Group, Conch group and Siam group signed the EPC turnkey WHG contract for a 5500t/d production line. Now the basic engineering of the project has been finished, and on 29th March, engineers from Anhui Conch Building Material Design and Research Institute would go to Thailand for the first design liaison meeting.

On 22 Mar, Anhui Conch Kawasaki Engineering Company and Jiangsu Changzhou Pangu Cement Company Limited signed the EP WHG contract for a 5000t/d line. Now the engineering of the project has been on the way.

From 25 Mar to 27 Mar, according to the one-basket agreement for WHG construction, a delegation, leaded by Mr.Guo Qianjun, the director of   Jidong Cement Company Limited Technical Center, visited Anhui Conch Kawasaki Engineering Company Limited and finished the final technical and commercial confirmation for WHG projects of Sanyou Cement, Matuoshan Cement & Matishan Cement etc.,which are subcompanies of Jidong Cement Company Limited.

On 21 Mar, Anhui Conch Kawasaki Engineering Company took part in the tendering of the WHG projects for 3 cement lines of Jilin Yatai Group. Other competitors are CITIC Heavy-duty Machinery Company, Huaxiao Resource Company and Hangzhou Design and research Institute of China New Type Building Material Company. Now the projects are under technical clarification.

From 23 Mar to 26 Mar, a visit group headed by Mr.Lei Yongping, Vice-general Manager of strategy development department of China Union Cement Limited visited the WHG projects in Chizhou Conch and Ningguo Cement Plant, and made the discussion with Conch design institute and Anhui Conch Kawasaki Engineering Company, to prepare for the bid of WHG projects for their cement lines in April.

Now, Conch Cement is arranging more human resource to promote the popularization of exclusive low-temp WHG technology, and to make effort to protect environment and build a beautiful living space.
