Since the beginning of 2007, with much concern from company management level and the support from fellow departments of Ningguo Plant, WHG department has promoted the fundamental management and technical management, and made the WHG of Ningguo kiln No.3 as one of the best WHGs for all economic and technical data, with the annual yield of 18.06 million kWh,  40 kWh per ton clinker and running rate to kiln up to 99.06%. It has smoothly and continuously operated for 58 days since 25 Jan after the general maintenance, and has already achieved significant economical and social profit as a new headline of energy saving and consumption reducing in Ningguo Plant.

Since the beginning of 2007, as the first self-designed, self-developed and self-integrated  WHG plant, aiming at the general working guideline and annual target of Ningguo Plant of 2007, WHG department has strengthened the fundamental management, sought the optimum working point between WHG system and kiln system, periodically called together the technicians to collect and sort the system operation data, arranged timely the analysis and discussion for the bottleneck problems to decide the concrete measure, to optimize operation and to enhance running factor. Meanwhile, the department also paid much attention to adjust the process parameters, analyze and discuss the fluctuation of parameters, improve operation regulations, standardize equipment management regulations, set up and improve pre-alarm mechanism and equipment file system gradually, and strengthen 4-lever patrol work. All these works have made sure the running rate of main machine, and continuously enhanced the electricity yield out and economic and technical data.
