May 20, 2025, Phnom Penh, Cambodia – The Phnom Penh Conch Cement Co., Ltd., jointly invested by Conch Group and Cambodia’s Xu’s Pacific Group, successfully held its grand opening ceremony at the plant site.

2.2 million-ton annual capacity cement grinding system
9 MW waste heat power generation unit
Operational Timeline
February 10, 2025: Kiln ignition
February 14: Successful initial material feeding into kiln system
February 20: First batch of cement delivered
Achieved profitability within the first month of operation
